Typical pork Soft salami from Piceno land, gluten-free, in natural casing, aged in caves and 100% Made in Italy; respecting the tradition of the master salami makers.
The Puzielli salami is recognized for its softness and its unmistakable flavor, it is composed of shoulder and pork belly, it is ground quite coarsely and fresh garlic and a touch of pepper are added to it.
Ingredients: pork and pork fat, salt, dextrose, sucrose, flavorings, GARLIC, smoke flavoring, spices. Antioxidant: E300 - Preservatives: E250 E252. It does not contain gluten.
Allergens present as a product: Skimmed milk powder, lactose.
After a short maturation it is ready to be sliced on your tables, an excellent aperitif or spread on bread.
