Since the beginning of our business we have been producing hams, salamis, wild boar, pork, loin, ciauscolo IGP and other sausages so excellent that they have transformed the name of the sausage factory into a guarantee of quality and professionalism, perfect seasoning.

Using only natural seasoning, all Monterotti-branded products are matured strictly following the times dictated by nature which gives them flavors that technology will never be able to approach.

The traditional porchetta is prepared with balanced and tasty ingredients, after which it is cooked slowly in the old wood oven to obtain a fragrant and low-fat product, as happens in the production of all our other sausages: tasty yes, but always with an eye. of regard to health in such a way as to be able to afford these greedy treats on a daily basis.

Monterotti cured meats have always been made in compliance with the highest standards of artisanal production and the strictest hygienic-sanitary regulations.

The pigs directly selected by the Monterotti owner come from farms in the provinces of Macerata, Ascoli Piceno and Fermo.
Their slaughtering and processing is still entirely in the skilled hands of our workers and the passionate management that coordinates them has always aimed to offer its customers products that enhance the true flavor and genuineness of tradition.
