In the heart of the historic center of San Ginesio, the flavors of the Marche tradition meet the art of master pasta makers.
TERRA NOSTRA was born there, a characteristic place that blends together the multifaceted soul of experimentation and production of pasta with that of a place in which to rediscover the ancient flavors of tradition.

OUR HISTORY starts many years ago from OUR LAND.

And, like any self-respecting story, it speaks of a journey, from Italy to Argentina, undertaken by the families of our grandparents after World War II, in search of a future to chase and an idea of ​​a better life.

In their suitcase, they brought with them the iron will to work, the values ​​and traditions of our land: the art of homemade pasta, the culture of good food, herbs from the garden, Sundays spent around the dining table with all the family.

Yet, after some time, the call of the EARTH, OURS, made itself felt and, with the union of our parents, the family rediscovered its origins, right here in San Ginesio and rediscovered an ANCIENT PASSION: that for COOKING.

With the grains produced by the experience of the farmers of our land

and with their selected flours we create a 100% artisan pasta, respecting the tradition of the territory.
We select the best grains based on quantity, quality and nutritional properties and, thanks to the skill of expert pasta masters, we transform them into pasta that we brand at the request of our customers

The processing of flour and the production of pasta take place in a completely natural way and attentive to each phase of the production process, respecting the environment and the properties of the raw materials at kilometer 0. The purely Marche durum wheat semolina is rich in gluten and gives more strength to the dough.

Between our tables you can breathe the air of home, the same one that used to pull during Sunday lunches at the home of our Abruzzese and Marche grandparents.

The bond with tradition remained strong even when the discovery of truffles, the culinary treasure of the Marche, opened the way to experimentation, always keeping an eye on the preservation of the authentic flavors of the regional tradition.
Immediately, this delicious fruit has become one of the main protagonists of our recipes.

Our truffle tagliatelle, the most requested dish, led us to the choice of wanting to share with the consumer the possibility of preparing this dish, which comes from OUR LAND, at HIS HOME.
