First farmer and photographer then only photographer and now again farmer and photographer, engaged in this new project.

Fabrizio's vision of agriculture is not only bucolic, but also one of production, obviously responsible.
«I joined the Ortiamo project because I believe in a new socio-economic model, very up-to-date and necessary, which in considering all the phases, from design, to production, to consumption, manages to seize every opportunity to limit the contribution of materials and energy input, produce what is needed and minimize waste and losses, paying attention to safeguarding the positive environmental characteristics and creating new territorial and social value.
The rediscovered relationship between sustainable production and an aware consumer who, by adhering to the Ortiamo project, becomes an actor and decides on his own food choices».
And then came the name that brings together this choice of sustainable agriculture and brings it out: "La sterza", which in our dialect indicates a large agricultural cart or a large number of things.
