The menu proposal for LIGHT LUNCH, which can be modified according to your personal needs, includes:

◦ bread with cherry tomatoes and pimpinella
◦ Frascarelli single-portion
◦ rabbit in porchetta with mashed potatoes

The event includes a first part of about an hour dedicated to the LABORATORY where the participants will touch with hand the gastronomic world of the Marches approaching the methods of preparation of our typical products. The second part will focus, in fact, on the LIGHT LUNCH, a refined and original buffet meal perfect for a break from work and for those who want to enjoy a fully MADE IN MARCHE kitchen. Menu and object of the workshop can be modified according to the needs of the participants.
