Mare Libero Esino DOC Mazzola Winery
"Freshness and Sea Breeze"
This interpretation of Verdicchio aims to create a wine with particularly expressive aromas brought by the sea breeze to the vineyard.
The distinct savory and salty notes, along with the balsamic notes typical of the Mediterranean scrub, intertwine with white and yellow flowers and citrus fruit, and the clayey soil reveals itself, lending fullness. A sea wine.
Organic wine, fermented with indigenous yeasts, no invasive chemical or mechanical processes that could alter the aromatic profile.
