Area of Origin: Company-owned olive groves located in the municipality of Senigallia (AN), Marche. Olive grove altitude 70-80 meters above sea level.
Harvest period: October-November
Harvesting technique: Hand-picked / Facilitated
Extraction system: Eco System company mill, continuous cycle with a two-phase system, cold and in a controlled atmosphere, without a vertical-axis centrifuge, within 4 hours of harvest.
Filtration performed immediately after extraction.
Storage in stainless steel tanks under inert gas at a controlled temperature.
Glass bottle with anti-refill cap and anti-oil label in 0.5-liter and 3-liter bag-in-box formats.
