Its quality was certified in 2016 when our traditional panettone won the competition promoted by the Re Panettone event in Milan, obtaining the award for the best panettone in Italy in the “I PanGiuso” section.
The use of selected ingredients, of the highest quality and freshness, as well as the expert art of the master pastry chef give life to excellent artisan products, unique in taste and appearance.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, butter, fresh egg yolk cat. A, Australian raisins, candied orange, sugar, sourdough, orange paste, acacia honey, salt, malt, vanilla, bourbon (allergens highlighted in bold) Produced in a laboratory where cereals, eggs, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts and sesame seeds are used.
Shelf-life: 45 days
The Pastry Chef recommends…
For optimal tasting, place the product near a heat source for 10/15 minutes. For a special pairing with traditional panettone, choose a sweet wine or a passito preferably from white grapes. Try it with a Moscato d’Asti.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
After opening, consume within 2 days.
Avoid consuming the product close to the expiry date.
