Average altimetry 400 meters above sea level - Medium texture soil tending to clayey.
Careful selection of grapes that allows only the best bunches to be dedicated to this wine. The grapes are harvested at the beginning of September.
Vinification: After soft pressing, the grapes are separated from the skins. The must obtained is conditioned at a temperature of 5°C and decanted to obtain a clear must.
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and the refinement in steel on the fine lees lasts until mid-February at about 10°C with batonage carried out twice a week to increase the aromatic structure.
Organoleptic notes
Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Complex and elegant bouquet with notes of jasmine flowers and wisteria. Spicy with notes of peppermint and sage and fruity scents.
A great freshness enhances the aromatic characteristics of this grape variety. Acidity and freshness and flavor coexist in a full and elegant sip.
From the wine we learned patience, waiting for the time needed to obtain intense sips, with an incomparable flavor.
