Versosera is the wine of perfectly ripe grapes, long maceration on the skins, and long aging in large oak barrels.
A mature wine, a wine that doesn't justify itself because it's self-confident. Versosera is the luxury that brings calm and experience. Vinification: In temperature-controlled concrete fermentation tanks. Maceration on the skins lasts approximately 28 days.
Aging takes place in large 30-hl barrels for approximately 10 months.
Tasting Notes
Intense, impenetrable ruby red.
Intense and complex nose, with hints of ripe fruit, plum, blackberry, and currant, opening into a bouquet of spices such as tobacco and leather, typical of the grape variety.
Great character and complexity. Powerful in its structure with soft, velvety tannins.
From the wine we learned patience, waiting for the time needed to obtain intense sips, with an incomparable flavor.
