Soil: hilly, medium texture tending towards clayey.

Average production per hectare: 80 quintals.
Soil management: natural grassing in the inter-row and mechanical processing in the under-row. Management method: integrated defense.
Harvest: September, manual harvesting, transport in crates and manual selection of the bunches.
Vinification: cleaning of the must by cold decantation and fermentation for 10 days at a controlled temperature.
Organoleptic description:
pale straw yellow color.
The nose has intense floral notes of broom and rose with other delicate fruity notes of citrus and “muscat”, aromas accompanied by hints of aromatic herbs.
The freshness of the wine stands out in the mouth, with a certain persistence that leaves a pleasant and rich retro-olfactory sensation.
Pairings: seafood appetizers, fried and grilled fish. It pairs well with pasta with delicate sauces or vegetable risottos.
Thanks to its acidity it can also accompany boiled meats and fatty meats.
