Beverocco CasalFarneto Rosso Piceno DOC
The original vineyard is located in the hilly hinterland of the Marche in the province of Ancona, vineyards owned by the company.
The soil is medium-textured, fresh, with a south-east exposure.
It is the traditional harvest that is done manually and takes place in the months of September and October, allowing a harvest that allows the right balance of sugar and acids in the wine produced.
The winemaking process takes place with the maceration of the skins for 10-12 days followed by a phase of thermo-controlled fermentation. It then ages for about six/eight months in steel and another four months in the bottle.

Intense ruby red with purple reflections.
Vinous, intense aroma of red flowers, red fruit, spices.
Very drinkable flavor, elegant and with a good body; soft and harmonious.
Pairings: First courses with red sauces, grilled meats, cured meats, mature cheeses and game.
