Bright straw yellow with evident golden reflections
A full, broad and harmonious odorous range, initially marked by broom flowers, yellow peach and lemon peel, in the finish delicate vanilla hints of ripe fruit, honey and almond, all wrapped up in delicate marine traits
The long stay in the bottle enriches its elegant and persistent aromatic vein, suggests characteristics of fullness, complexity and great structure.
On the palate it shows great balance and freshness while the savory component accompanies a long citrus finish
Pairing: Smoked appetizers, first courses based on truffles, Baked turbot, Salted sea bass, Breaded and fried lamb ribs, Porchetta alla marchigiana and grilled vegetables.
