Vineyards: Morro D'Alba - Altitude: 180 meters above sea level
Training: Spurred cordon
Harvest: second half of September, bunches harvested by hand in small boxes
Vinification: At low controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for a month.
Aging: In new barriques and cement tanks for another twelve months.
Aging: in bottle for another twelve months
Tasting notes
Color: Dense ruby red
Aroma: Notes of licorice, blackberries, sour cherries and a hint of tertiary aromas
Taste: Notes of wild berries, chocolate, vanilla and coffee.
Warm, soft and at the same time full-bodied with very balanced tannins. Pairing: Dishes with intense flavors, mainly meat.
