Fermentation: In thermo-conditioned steel, it starts with indigenous yeasts and ends with selected yeasts.

Brilliant gold with very lively reflections from the fine, elegant and very persistent perlage.
Intense, sumptuous, elegant. It releases great complexity and intensity: white and yellow flowers, ripe and tropical fruit, pineapple, peaches, mango, hints of acacia, lily, sage and chamomile with some hints of vanilla and white pepper.
Pleasant silky attack on the palate. Long persistence and good balance with fruity and floral hints. Great persistence with a long finish.
The less cold temperature enhances the softness and favors the smoothness of the sip.
Recommended pairings: Perfect both as an aperitif and with fish dishes, even the most elaborate.
