We recommend pairing it with zabaglione to make it even more delicious: with Vino cotto for sentimental people, with Alchermes for those who love spices, with Chartreuse for a pungent taste, with Rum Fire for heroes.
Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, fresh butter, candied orange peel (quartered orange peel, glucose syrup, granulated sugar), dried soft raisins, water, egg yolk, granulated sugar, naturally leavened yeast, Thun asphodel honey, fine salt, Madacascar vanilla.

We look far and aim very high but our procedures are artisanal: each panettone is pampered and rises and cooks together with seventeen other brothers.
Maybe next year we'll aim for a bigger oven, who knows... !
