Organoleptic characteristics
Golden yellow.
Nose of overripe apricot, honey, broom, aromatic herbs and citrus fruits. Peppery.
Savory entry into the mouth followed by freshness. Pleasant tannic presence.
Pairings: appetizers and first courses of meat. It does not disdain white meats
Satisfaction for those of wine is a true lover.
