The Fiorina Orange Wine Marche IGP white wine is a pure white Malvasia from the Vini Aurora winery, one of the very first organic and biodynamic producers in Italy.
The vineyards, located on the hills of the Marche region, approximately 180 meters above sea level, are treated with minimal doses of copper and sulfur, eliminating all other chemicals such as fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides.
In the cellar, the wines are not filtered or clarified, and fermentation is carried out solely using indigenous yeasts.
The grapes are hand-harvested into wooden crates around the first half of September.
A long maceration on the skins precedes spontaneous fermentation in amphorae, which involves two daily punching downs. Once this process is complete, the amphorae are sealed and the wine ages until summer before being bottled and aged for another three months.
Intense golden yellow color with light amber hues.
The nose evokes the aromatic notes typical of the blend from which it is produced: peach, apricot, tropical fruit, and mineral notes create an inviting and intriguing bouquet.
On the palate, the freshness and crisp flavor of this wine guide the sip toward a lingering finish reminiscent of dried fruit.
It is a perfect wine to serve as an aperitif or pair with delicate vegetable and fish appetizers.
Today, talking about organic farming, natural products, biodynamics seems almost a fashion. These are ideas that Aurora has always practiced.
A choice of life and work together, of quality and consistency in the name of respect for nature.
