A dessert made up of many small balls that are first fried then mixed with boiling honey. Its color is traditionally golden and the loaf shape.
The name derives from "cicerchia", the famous legume of the Marche region, because it recalls its shape.
It should be served cold, cut into slices and can be kept for several days (about 20).
