The care taken at every stage of production makes this Colomba soft and fragrant.
Ingredients: Type 0 WHEAT flour, BUTTER, EGG yolk, sugar, water, brewer's yeast, and salt.
Filling: dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, E322, natural vanilla flavoring) 15%* of the finished product.
Glazing: rice flour, KERNEL flour, sugar, EGG white, WHEAT starch, granulated sugar.
Produced in a laboratory where wheat, milk, eggs, hazelnuts, sesame seeds, soy, and lupin are used.
