Emilio is an extra virgin olive oil obtained from the single type of Frantoio olives, a variety much loved by the father of the Gabrielloni sisters. The harvest, by hand, takes place in the family plots at a state of not complete ripeness and the olives are processed within 2 hours of harvesting.
The organoleptic and chemical characteristics of Emilio are significant, due precisely to an early harvest and instantaneous grinding.
Medium fruity, predominantly sweet, harmonious between bitter and spicy, with herbaceous hints. The cardoon and green almond stand out in the mouth. Good fluidity.
Color: bright green with golden reflections. Acidity: less than 0.20%.
Emilio presents itself with an innovative packaging, decisive and strong like the silkscreen printing of the brand on the front of the bottle, and lush like the silkscreen printing of the olive tree on the back.
It rests on a Frantoio olive wood base, to which the external silk paper case is attached with a cord, on which the brand is hot-stamped in gold.
