With the name Virgoro, the Gabrielloni® company presents the typology of monovarietal oils.
It is a green oil with yellow reflections, because it is rich in carotenes. It has a medium fruitiness with hints of berries, banana, currant. As soon as it is put in the mouth, it releases a clear sensation of sweetness, which gives way, after a few seconds, to a very persistent bitter note due to the richness in polyphenols. It is also a pleasantly spicy oil.
