Production area: Stacciola. Marche PU.- Soil type: medium texture – clayey.
Harvest period: third ten days of September
Harvest method: grapes harvested by hand in small crates, selection of grapes in the vineyard by thinning and various harvesting phases.
Winery production: soft pressing of whole bunches, static decantation of cold musts. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel. Rest on fine lees.
Aging: 3/4 months in steel vats, 2 months in bottle
Organoleptic examination
Crystalline, straw yellow with greenish reflections
Notes of white flowers, elderberry, acacia and hawthorn; fresh fruit, apricot and peach. Citrus, orange, grapefruit finish.
Dry, warm, soft, with good freshness and minerality.
Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif or throughout the meal; it exquisitely accompanies fish-based dishes typical of the Marche coast; it can also be paired with fresh cheeses and local cured meats.
