It is an "organic wine," the result of a choice of production methods, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, aimed at ensuring the maximum representation of the terroir. Only natural substances are used in the vineyard. Furthermore, biodiversity is encouraged to maintain a balance between all forms of life, both plant and animal.
Vineyard Altitude: 200 to 350 m above sea level

Vinification: Direct pressing, static decantation, and stainless steel fermentation with indigenous yeasts
Maturation: 6 months in stainless steel and concrete tanks

Straw yellow color with golden highlights
Aromas: fresh almonds, white flowers, and aromatic herbs such as oregano, capers, and mint.
The palate is smooth, fresh, and has a long, savory finish.
