An expression of the vineyard on Monte Follonica, in the municipality of San Paolo di Jesi. A reserve produced only in the best vintages. A naturally long-lived wine.

Soil composition: Sandy clay-limestone
Training system: Guyot and double Guyot
Vinification: Soft pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and large 25hl barrels
Aging: 19 months in stainless steel, cement, and large 25hl barrels.
Aging: 6 months in bottle.
Sense of aroma: Straw yellow with greenish highlights,
the nose recalls white-fleshed fruit, citrus, jasmine, and aromatic herbs.
The palate is full-bodied and fresh, with the classic finish and savory finish that this vineyard offers year after year.
Pairing: Shellfish and grilled vegetables, first courses and fish, white meats, porchetta from the Marche region.
