Dough ingredients: Type 00 soft wheat flour, sugar, butter, dark chocolate 12% (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), milk chocolate 12% (cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, egg, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier: soy lecithin, barley malt extract), water, egg yolks, natural yeast, orange paste, honey, egg white, lemon paste, mandarin paste, salt, seed oil, vanilla pods.
Ingredients: alcoholic syrup (14% ABV) for soaking 20%: water, sugar, rum (distilled from sugar cane, 70% ABV).
Contains milk and egg proteins, soy, gluten, and alcohol. May contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts.
