For production we cultivated the Nonno Mariano and Farah durum wheat varieties, sowing approximately a quarter of the surface area for the former and three quarters for the latter.
We chose the proportion 1 to 4 to obtain a final product of excellent quality, due to the specific physiological characteristics of each variety and their combination.
The agronomic techniques we applied supported the crop in all its phases.
To produce this pasta we entrusted our wheat to the Italcer mill for its high quality and food safety certifications.
We then chose the Alpe della Luna pasta factory because it is a young company with a long family tradition that works with the clear and rich waters of the Metauro springs.
