Dough ingredients: type 00 soft wheat flour, sugar, butter, 20% milk chocolate (cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, egg, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier: soy lecithin, barley malt extract), water, egg yolks, natural yeast, orange paste, honey, egg white, lemon paste, mandarin paste, salt, seed oil, vanilla pods.
Ingredients: Alcoholic syrup (14% ABV) soaking 20%: water, sugar, Varnelli Moka (coffee distillate, 30% ABV).
Contains gluten and alcohol. May contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts.
