Dough ingredients: type 00 soft wheat flour, sugar, butter, raisins 20%, water, egg yolks, natural yeast, orange paste, honey, egg whites, lemon paste, mandarin paste, salt, seed oil, vanilla pods.
Ingredients: Alcoholic syrup (14% alcohol), 20% imbibition: water, sugar, Varnelli (aniseed distillate, 46% alcohol by volume).
Contains milk and egg proteins, gluten, and alcohol. May contain traces of soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
