Cardinal's Jam: Sour cherries become a delight for a sweet awakening... As in ancient peasant tradition, chopped sour cherries blend into a jam that retains the tart notes of the freshly picked fruit.
Production method: Product obtained by mixing sour cherries and sugar, with the addition of citric acid. The slow and gentle cooking method, without the addition of thickeners, colorings, preservatives, or pectin, is the secret to the success of this delicious treat.
