Laudato® is the flagship of Frantoio Gabrielloni®.
A top-quality extra virgin olive oil, it is a blend of monovarietal oils: Frantoio and Leccino at the base, then Coroncina, Orbetana, Piantone di Mogliano, Ascolana Dura and Tenera and others.
Each variety, at the stage of incomplete ripeness (colored drupes at about 30/40%), is hand-picked in the family olive groves and processed separately during the day. The mix of monovarietal oils gives the product a harmonious medium fruity aroma with subtle notes of fresh grass, artichoke and green tomato.
Substantially sweet, with a hint of spicy and a slightly bitter aftertaste, it leaves a pleasant memory of almond on the palate.
The early harvest allows us to obtain an extra virgin olive oil with very low acidity, very rich in phenolic substances, the antioxidant substances that delay aging. The bouquet of aromas and the composite taste enhances every dish: from egg pasta, to fine fish dishes, to meat.
