Wine obtained from the recovery of a centuries-old vine belonging to the native Pecorino/Vissanello variety.
The ungrafted vine was recovered from a site still present near the village, where it is intertwined with field maples, evidence of an ancient vineyard settlement.

Soil type: The soil has a moderate texture, a clay-silty texture, with a moderately alkaline reaction (pH 8.1) and a slight presence of total limestone (9.9%).
