Origin: Cupi di Visso (MC). In the heart of the Monti Sibillini National Park, Marche Region, Italy.
Soil type: The soil has a moderate texture, a clay-loam texture, with a moderately alkaline reaction (pH 8.1) and a light presence of total limestone (9.9%). Training system: Guyot. Conservative organic farming.
Altitude: 100 meters above sea level. - Exposure: South/East
Harvest period: From the second ten days of September.
Vinification: Soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation. Evolution and aging: In stainless steel tanks for at least 7 months.
Aged in large Italian barrels for two years. Aged in bottle for 3 to 5 months.
