Organoleptic notes
bright straw yellow color with golden reflections,
the nose is intense, fruity, floral, of good complexity with notes of rennet apple, jasmine and chamomile.
On the palate it is balanced, savoury, fresh, soft with hints of white-fleshed fruit.
Ideal as a sparkling wine for all meals, therefore excellent for aperitifs and fish-based dishes.
