A limited edition collection, created with spirit and artisan style, which ranks among the peaks of the panorama of the national Classic Method. It took several years of winemaking and sparkling wine trials on different vines and different blends to achieve the expected results.

The Umani Ronchi Classic Method collection consists of three references: LH2, La Hoz and La Hoz Rosé. The reference grape for the two Blanc de Blancs is Verdicchio, to which is added a balance of Chardonnay; while the Rosé is obtained from 100% Montepulciano grapes.
