Vinification: destemming and pressing of the grapes, fermentation with maceration on the skins for 10-15 days at 28°C, racking and malolactic fermentation, pre-bottling refinement in large oak barrels for 8 months and refinement in the bottle for 5 months, natural stabilization.
Organoleptic notes
Color between ruby and dove gray
Intense and persistent aroma of ripe cherry with floral notes.
Flavor on the palate the softness is enlivened by the right tannins.
Pairing: first courses with ragù, mixed grilled meat.
The company is located in the Marche which is a decline of gentle hills and valleys that descend from the Apennines to the sea; it has an extension of about 70 hectares of which 25 are vineyards.
