Meletti London Dry Gin derives from a careful selection of 14 botanicals (Juniper, Coriander, Cardamom, Iris, Angelica, Cinnamon, Bitter Orange, Sweet Orange, Lavender, Lemon, Grana Paradisi, Green Olive, Olive Leaves, Green Anise) put in alcoholic infusion for 24 hours and then distilled in traditional discontinuous cycle stills.
After a few days of refinement and subsequent filtration, the London Dry Gin is ready to be bottled.
It is characterized by a marked hint of juniper, harmonious but decisive, with spicy, warm and sweet notes.
The citrus components give great roundness of flavor and surprising aromatic persistence, unexpectedly marrying with the notes of green olive.
The green anise from the Marche gives sweetness and balance to the bitterness of the olive.
