The grapes are harvested by hand.
Vinification: After a soft pressing and destemming, fermentation takes place through maceration in steel tanks at a controlled temperature with subsequent maturation in cement. It is then refined in the bottle for at least 3 months.
Technical characteristics
Ruby red.
Herbaceous notes and aromas of ripe red fruit such as blackcurrant and black cherry emerge on the nose.
On the palate it is balanced, characterized by elegant tannins.
Pairings: it is perfect to accompany first courses, second courses based on meat and mature cheeses.
"Bisci is a heavyweight in the small DOC Verdicchio di Matelica. Here the size and quality go hand in hand, and the Verdicchio di Bisci are among the best in the Marche.
I especially like the fact that they are very loyal to the Matelica terroir: with important acidity and refined, with a dry quality similar to Riesling. " Ian D'Agata
