Rosso al Mare SorRico Marche IGT Rosso Pinot
Vinification area: Stacciola. Marche (PU) - Soil type: medium texture – clayey.
Harvest period: third decade of August
Harvest method: grapes harvested by hand in small crates, selection of grapes in the vineyard by thinning.
Winery: destemming of the bunches immediately after arrival in the cellar. Punching down and pumping over of the fermenting mass at a controlled temperature.
Aging: in steel on the fine lees for 6 months. Final refinement in the bottle.
Organoleptic examination
Clear, Ruby red
Hints of rose and red flowers; Notes of small red fruits and cherry, spicy notes of pepper.
Dry, quite warm, soft, good freshness, savoury, slightly tannic.
Pairings: accompanies first courses and second courses based on meat. Also perfect with fish soups and broths from the Marche region. It also pairs perfectly with local cured meats and cheeses, even mature ones.
