Vineyard location: 200 m above sea level - South – south-east vineyard exposure
Training method: espalier system; central curtain
Soil type clayey / limestone
Harvest: end of September with hand-picked grapes and in small crates.
Winemaking: Soft pressing of whole bunches, static decantation of the musts at cold temperatures. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel and refinement “sur lies” for 6-8 months.
Refinement in bottle for 6 months.

Full straw yellow, with still greenish nuances;
The nose is dominated by ripe fruity notes of peach and apricot and exotic fruits;
Warm, round in the mouth still fresh, pleasant and fine;
Good volume, not bitter or dry in the finish but with balance and finesse.
