Falerio DOP Cantina Aurora, a white wine typical of the province of Ascoli Piceno.
Made from a blend of white grape varieties—Trebbiano, Passerina, and Pecorino—which we'd always want on our everyday table: unbeatable value for money.
Standard Bordeaux bottle, cork stopper.
Guyot-trained vines. Soil: The vineyards are planted on a hillside at approximately 150 meters above sea level, on medium-textured clayey soil tending towards limestone.
Organic farming is practiced in the winery to preserve the vitality of the vines and soils. In the cellar, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation continues and the liquid ages for 6 months in stainless steel.
The liquid is bottled with minimal sulfur dioxide. (Certification body CCPB)
The Bianco Falerio Aurora displays its vibrant straw yellow color in the glass.
An extremely engaging nose, composed of golden apple, lime, and jasmine, which outline a refreshing and lively profile.
The sip is all about smoothness, yet flavorful and enveloping.
The savory finish serves the dual purpose of lengthening the finish and enticing another sip.
The bottle is finished, without realizing it.
Pairing: Fish and meat appetizers, stuffed vegetables and olives, fried Ascolana; all meals.
Today, talking about organic farming, natural products, biodynamics seems almost a fashion. These are ideas that Aurora has always practiced.
A choice of life and work together, of quality and consistency in the name of respect for nature.
