Vinification: the grapes thinned out at the time are harvested and cryomacerated.
Soft pressing, defecation, fermentation at 16°-18°C in stainless steel tanks for 15-20 days.
Pre-bottling refinement in oak barrels for 3 months, then refinement in bottle for 5 months, natural stabilization with final filtration.

Intense, very persistent aroma, with a base olfactory note of banana followed by apricot, nectarine and mango.
Just the right amount of flavor, soft and spicy. Robust body structure.
Pairing: structured first courses, grilled fish, white meats.
The company is located in the Marche which is a decline of gentle hills and valleys that descend from the Apennines to the sea; it has an extension of about 70 hectares of which 25 are vineyards.
