Vinification: Soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 26-28 degrees Celsius with pumping over and delestage, maceration on the skins for 5-6 days; use of indigenous yeasts, neither selected nor added; aging in stainless steel.
Tasting notes:
Intense, bright orange in color.
The nose expresses fragrant notes of citron and raspberry, then evolves into a delicately fruity bouquet.
From the first taste, its tenacity and consistency are evident, thanks to its vibrant minerality.
Pairings: It pairs well with soups, fried foods, and roasted fish. Throughout the meal, it is enhanced with rich red meat and game dishes.

all our wines have been certified organic.
