It is produced with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier grapes, carefully harvested and selected by hand.
After the classic white winemaking process, the second fermentation takes place through a second fermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, with aging for at least 36 months on its lees.
It has a bright straw yellow color, a creamy foam, and a fine, persistent perlage.
