"Cuvée Rosé" was born in 1968 from the bold spirit of the Maison Laurent-Perrier.
Striving for perfection at every stage of production, "Cuvée Rosé" is known for its consistency and high quality.
It is a champagne characterized by aromas of fresh red fruits, great intensity, and a refreshing freshness.
Crus: A dozen wines, mainly from the southern and northern sectors of the Montagne de Reims—including the famous Côte de Bouzy—are favored, particularly the crus of Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois, and Tours-sur-Marne.
Winery: The grapes from the selected vineyards are sorted and destemmed before being placed in vats.
Maceration, lasting 48-72 hours after harvest, allows for the extraction of color and the full aromatic richness of Pinot Noir. Aged for a minimum of 5 years.
