A blend dominated by a high percentage of over 50% Chardonnay*, over 30% Pinot Noir*, and 10 to 20% Pinot Meunier.
The exclusive use of the cuvée's musts, the sweetest juice obtained from pressing the grapes, guarantees exceptional quality.
More than 100 carefully selected crus go into this cuvée. To ensure the continuity of the Laurent-Perrier style, 20 to 30% of reserve wines are included in the blend. This approach allows us to maintain the consistency and quality of this iconic cuvée.
Long-aged, the cuvée benefits from optimal maturation, allowing it to achieve beautiful complexity while retaining remarkable freshness.
It fills the glass with a crystalline and brilliant golden yellow, with an elegant and persistent perlage.
Refined on the nose, it offers a broad and complex bouquet, in which fruity and citrus notes are enriched with classic hints of bread crust, yeast, pastry, and butter.
The palate is fragrant, harmonious, and balanced, with excellent length.
