Porcelana is a Criollo cacao from the rarest genetic variety in the world. Its name derives from the pure white color of its beans, and the chocolate made from it is particularly known for its sweet, rounded flavor.
This prized cacao, grown southwest of Lake Maracaibo in the Venezuelan region of Zulia, produces a pale, harmonious, and aromatic chocolate whose uniqueness is evident from the first taste.
Aroma Profile - Hints of almond, toast, and bay leaves.
Ingredients: Cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter. Cocoa solids min. 70%.
Allergens: May contain hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, and milk.
Store in a cool, dry place, between 14° and 18°C (57°F and 64°F). Shelf life: 18 months.
