The soft and fragrant dough is made from live sourdough starter, butter, and select eggs, enriched with juicy pear pieces and a sweet toasted note.
Topping it off, a glossy, golden salted caramel glaze, enriched with milk chocolate crunchies that provide an elegant and gourmet contrast with every bite.
Ingredients: Type "00" soft wheat flour, salted caramel 14%, butter, Williams pear 25%, sourdough starter, sugar, 1A egg yolk, water, honey, malt, salt.
Glaze: salted caramel chocolate, milk chocolate crunchies. Natural flavors (lemon, orange, vanilla pods).
