San Michele Arcangelo's compote of oranges, walnuts and raisins only fruit is a product of the highest quality, made exclusively with 64% organic oranges, organic grape sugar, 1.9% organic walnuts, 1.9% organic sultanas. Fruit used 115g per 100g.

The compote is a harmony of flavors that pairs perfectly with fresh cheeses such as ricotta or robiola, creating a delicious contrast between sweet and creamy. Also excellent with white meats such as roast chicken, it adds a sweet and sour note that enriches the dish. Spread on toasted wholemeal bread, it is a refined and nutritious breakfast.
