Organoleptic examination
Straw yellow, the nose expresses a beautiful olfactory spectrum composed of beautiful notes of acacia, pear, apple, almond.
A floral touch, also of saffron, opens to a fresh taste, with good sapidity, supported by a good structure and a certain softness. It closes with a particularly significant finish, on slightly bitter notes.

We recommend letting it breathe at least 15-20 minutes before consumption.
Wines with a rustic and traditional style, the result of ancient farming practices, territorial wines, rich in personality and character: not attributable to any type of homologation.
